The Gift Trust has raised an incredible $10 million from our whānau of generous donors to be used for charitable projects and we’re celebrating! Over $2.5 million of this has been gifted to good causes on behalf of our wonderful donors and the remainder has been set aside in Gift Trust accounts that will benefit all sorts of charitable causes in the years to come.

The Gift Trust has raised an incredible $10 million from our whānau of generous donors to be used for charitable projects and we’re celebrating! Over $2.5 million of this has been gifted to good causes on behalf of our wonderful donors and the remainder has been set aside in Gift Trust accounts that will benefit all sorts of charitable causes in the years to come.  We’re excited to reach this $10 million milestone and celebrate the many charitable causes that have benefited from our donor’s generosity.

We’ve helped our donors to support a wide variety of good causes covering all types of social and environmental issues, from small local charities, to large national organisations and many international good causes too.

Here are a few recent highlights of some donations we have made: 

Environmental causes:

$25,000 for Coalition for Rainforest Nations

$5,000 for Generation Zero

Health and Wellbeing:

$58,000 for Hep C Action Aotearoa

$15,000 for the Brain Injured Children’s Trust

Music and culture:

$40,000 for New Zealand Festival

$8,000 for Arohanui Strings 

International causes:

$17,988 for Masks for Malawi

$39,300 for MapAction 

Community: 

$15,000 for  Auckland Women’s Centre

$5,000 for ActionStation

Education: 

$35,000 for Manaiakalani Education Trust

$6,000 for Motueka Steiner School

Youth: 

$15,000 for  I have a Dream Charitable Trust

$10,000 for Shift
