If you’re a New Zealand tax resident, you can use your Gift Account to support charities based overseas without losing your NZ donation tax credit. We conduct extra due diligence to ensure overseas charities meet NZ charitable standards. In many cases, we can grant funds directly, so more of your donation reaches the cause. Your giving remains consolidated in one account, with a single annual tax receipt.

For NZ charities, we help bring overseas funding into the country. Since 2009, we’ve helped bring in more than $86 million NZD in tax-efficient international donations. Our partnerships with two U.S. 501(c)(3) entities allow U.S. donors to claim their domestic tax deduction while giving to NZ causes. We act as a trusted intermediary for overseas donors and foundations.
