Cahoots is a New Zealand charity working to address the extreme gender inequity that exists in practical skills and spaces. We operate Cahoots Workshop, a community space exclusively for women and gender minorities where we teach and develop practical skills. We also operate Cahoots Tradies, a social enterprise delivering trade services by women and gender minority tradies. Together the workshop and social enterprise provide opportunities to learn, build confidence and pursue careers.
